DELIVERY DRIVER

The delivery driver delivers and sets up drop-off catering orders. Must be 21 years old and have a valid drivers license

BARTENDER

Preparing alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for bar and patrons.
Interacting with customers, taking orders and drinks.
Assessing bar customers’ needs and preferences and making recommendations

CULINARY TEAM

Culinary team members must have food handling and presentation skills, minimum 1-year
kitchen experience and good communication skills

WAIT STAFF

Works as a member for food catering events. Duties include setting patron tables and
buffet areas for service. Requirements: Food Handlers certificate, Basic Knowledge of Food
and Beverage, Strong communication skills

EVENT PRODUCER

The Event Managers primary purpose is to plan, design and coordinate catering events.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE –
OUTSIDE SALES

The Business development representative is responsible for marketing, promoting and selling
catering services to existing and potential customers.

SALES EXECUTIVE

The Sales Executive is responsible for building and increasing catering sales by developing relationships with clients, event planners, and venues. He/she is expected to be a trusted partner
who is passionate about sales, the food & beverage industry, and has a strong work ethic
